PERFORMANCE COACHING

My performance coaching is not like other programs. I spend time only on your strengths. I don’t believe that people should waste time trying to improve their weaknesses.

I use sessions to give clients the tools and advice to find themselves and in turn, make necessary changes to their lives. Most people don’t know themselves and that’s why they’re unable to find a job that’s a true fit for them. After decades of experience, I have proof that my method works. I have no doubt in my mind that I can make you better—no matter your goals, no matter what you do.

My philosophy is to focus on you, not other people.

Stop worrying about what the employer wants. Stop editing yourself to suit other people. Learn that “no” is actually a great answer when it prevents you from going down the wrong path. Stop allowing your loyalty to others make a fool out of yourself. Don’t let others sell you into a job. Everyone has weaknesses; let them go. Scrap the a-job’s-a-job and I-just-need-to-get-my-foot-in-the-door mentality. Making do is not good enough for you. Understand who you are, own it and never apologize for it.

Let me ask you a question: Why is it that professional athletes work with coaches to improve upon their talent but the general population doesn’t do the same?

No matter what you do, you should always be looking to improve. That’s not a one-person undertaking. Like athletes, we should all aim to build upon our existing talents, not our weaknesses. I help clients reach their full potential. Whether you’ve just been fired, are looking to quit your job, or are transitioning to a different line of work, I can help you. I can help you launch that business, find better clients and just become more satisfied with your life overall. If you’re someone who cares about being your best self, my coaching is for you. Never allow yourself to plateau. Let’s work towards improvement—even if it’s painful.
